Platform Protection
AML Policy
DragonFury monitors payment and redemption activity to protect players and the platform from fraud and misuse.
Who operates this policy
This policy is operated by KCSINUSA LLC, based in Nevada, USA, trading as DragonFury. DragonFury will never ask you for your password or a one-time verification code. Verification requests are made through the authenticated DragonFury support route or from support@dragonfury.online.
Verification
DragonFury may request identity, payment ownership, source-of-funds, or transaction information when activity requires additional review.
Transaction review
Purchases and redemptions may be delayed, restricted, or rejected when activity appears unauthorized, inconsistent, duplicated, or otherwise suspicious.
Why additional review may be required
A review may be triggered by information that does not match the account, an ownership question, unusual transaction activity, repeated failed verification, or another signal that requires DragonFury to confirm the request is authorized.
How to respond safely
Use the authenticated DragonFury support route and provide only the information requested for the review. Never send a password or one-time verification code. Support cannot bypass a required identity, payment-ownership, or transaction check.
Review outcomes
DragonFury uses account and server-side transaction records when reviewing activity. A review can result in approval, a request for more information, a delay, a restriction, or rejection under the applicable account and transaction terms.
